To better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. If you are a user with an account, you can see your submitted tickets. If you are a super-user, you can see all the tickets submitted by your organization. A valid email address and account are required to submit a ticket. To report problems with the system or set up an account, please call 801.983.7474 ext 407.

Pricing: Monthly support for 1 user is $9.90; Monthly support for 3 users (where 1 of them is a super-user) is $24.90. You may upgrade or downgrade users at the end of any month. Charges will appear on your monthly account invoice.
